Ringo Starr Falls On Stage During Concert in New Mexico

Ringo Starr, the legendary ex-Beatles drummer, had a bit of a mishap during his concert in New Mexico. But don’t worry, he handled it like a pro and even made light of the situation, all while continuing to entertain the crowd.

Ringo and his band, known as “His All-Starr Band,” had been rocking out for two hours at the Rio Rancho Events Center in Albuquerque on Wednesday night when things took a literal tumble.

During the encore performance of “Give Peace A Chance,” Ringo made a quick return to the stage after a short break. However, in his haste, he tripped and ended up on the floor.

In a video obtained by TMZ, you can see Ringo trotting up a small flight of stairs before taking the accidental plunge.

But being the professional that he is, Ringo immediately got up, rushed to a microphone, and joined his bandmates to sing the chorus with them.

Moments later, Ringo showed off his sense of humor, joking with the packed crowd, “I fell over just to tell you that,” referring to the song “Give Peace A Chance.” And with that, he gracefully exited the stage.

Before the encore, Ringo treated the audience to some of his famous Beatles hits, including “A Little Help From My Friends.” And the fans absolutely loved it, proving that Ringo hasn’t lost his touch—or his step!
