“Quarterback Caught on Video Relieving Himself on University of New Mexico Logo: New Mexico State vs UNM Game Takes Unexpected Turn”

A college football game between New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico took a turn for the unexpected earlier this month. Diego Pavia, the quarterback for New Mexico State, allegedly relieved himself on UNM’s logo, and it was all caught on video!

New Mexico State and UNM, two in-state rivals, faced off on September 16, with NMSU emerging victorious with a 27-17 win. Pavia, the junior signal caller, had an impressive performance, completing 9 out of 14 passes for 203 yards and 2 touchdowns.

But Pavia apparently wasn’t satisfied with just his on-field performance. He decided to lend a hand to the grounds crew by (allegedly) watering the indoor turf. Talk about going above and beyond!

In a leaked video, an individual wearing sweats (without a uniform) can be seen urinating on the Lobo logo. It’s still unclear whether this happened before or after the game.

The University of New Mexico became aware of the video several days after the game and promptly notified NMSU of the situation.

If Pavia finds himself in hot water — which seems likely — New Mexico State has stated that they will not disclose any disciplinary actions, citing “federal privacy laws.”

Pavia, who became the full-time starter last season after sharing playing time as a freshman, has started in all five of NMSU’s games this season, with a record of 2-3. Unfortunately, the team suffered a 20-17 loss to Hawaii on Saturday.

Despite the incident, Pavia is expected to be under center for the Aggies’ upcoming game against FIU on Saturday. Whether he faces any consequences for his actions, however, remains to be seen.
