“Kim Zolciak Claims Divorce Petition is a Sham – Still Getting Intimate with Kroy Biermann”

Kim Zolciak is hitting back at Kroy Biermann’s divorce petition, claiming that it’s all a sham because they’re still getting down and dirty!

In court documents obtained by a reputable source, the former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star reveals that she and her estranged husband have been continuing their intimate activities ever since he filed for divorce for the second time in late August. According to Kim, their most recent encounter was just a few weeks ago on September 7.

Kim argues that Kroy’s claim that their marriage is “irretrievably broken” is completely false. After all, how can something be broken if they’re still getting busy in the bedroom?

Furthermore, Kim points out that the fact they are still living under the same roof is proof enough that the “irretrievably broken” rhetoric is nothing more than a fabrication.

Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce twice, with the most recent filing on August 24. He has attributed the couple’s financial issues to Kim’s gambling habits and wants out of the marriage.

But Kim isn’t fazed by the divorce petition. She continues to wear her wedding ring and remains confident that they will be able to work through their issues.
