Reality star Kim Zolciak and ex-NFL player Kroy Biermann have put their house on the market, but until it sells, they have to coexist in the same space. A new court order has determined their living arrangements, giving Kim exclusive use of the basement/nanny suite and Kroy the master bedroom.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ (not that we’re associating with those gossip mongers), the couple is prohibited from entering each other’s designated areas without permission. However, they are expected to share common areas like the kitchen and living room.

The court order also emphasizes the need for civility between the estranged couple for the sake of their four young children. They are explicitly prohibited from disparaging each other in the presence or earshot of the kids.

Furthermore, the court documents explicitly forbid either parent from eavesdropping when the other parent is spending time with the children. Additionally, they are not allowed to use the kids as messengers.

The court order may seem extreme, but it is necessary considering the contentious atmosphere between Kim and Kroy since filing for divorce.

In a previous incident that made headlines, Kim reported to the police that Kroy had locked her out of their master bedroom and refused to let her in, even when the officers arrived.

On a brighter note, the court order also paves the way for the sale of the couple’s Georgia mansion. The property was listed for $6 million, and the proceeds will likely go towards their substantial debts.
