Jennifer Lopez has finally said goodbye to her bachelorette pad in California. This marks the end of her single life before tying the knot with Ben Affleck last year.
Real estate sources have revealed that J Lo recently sold her stunning Bel-Air mansion for a whopping $34 million. This comes after she initially listed it back in February. The sale has earned her a nice profit, considering she bought the property for approximately $28 million in 2016.
However, the sale price fell short of her initial expectation. The property was originally listed for $42.5 million earlier in the year, so she had to reduce the price to attract a buyer.
Despite not reaching her desired selling price, the sale set a new record for the area, which is definitely cause for celebration.
The property boasts an impressive main house, featuring 9 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, an infinity pool, a 30-seat screening room, a gym, a guest house, an extra 100-seat amphitheater, and much more.
It’s worth noting that Ben also sold his own property around the same time they got married, as mentioned in their marriage certificate from their Las Vegas wedding.
Since their marriage, Jen and Ben have upgraded their living situation, purchasing an extravagant mansion in Beverly Hills that showcases their combined wealth. The mansion was acquired for a whopping $60 million.
The listing for J Lo’s property was handled by Brett Lawyer from Carolwood Estates.
