James Harrison pokes fun at NFL blaming Nick Chubb‘s season-ending injury on Minkah Fitzpatrick rather than the rules. In an interview with TMZ Sports, Harrison argues that the league’s regulations left Fitzpatrick with no choice but to tackle low during Monday night’s game.

Not everyone agrees with Harrison’s opinion. Former NFL wide receiver-turned-broadcaster Nate Burleson expressed his belief that Fitzpatrick had more options to avoid injuring Chubb.
As Chubb undergoes surgeries to repair the damage to his ligaments, the running back has yet to comment on the hit publicly.
