Canadian rapper Drake has finally responded to his longtime critic Charlamagne Tha God, and it was definitely worth the wait! Drake took to his Instagram stories on Monday to throw some major shade at Charlamagne, even going so far as to call him by his real name and accusing him of being jealous.
But Drake didn’t stop there. He also compared Charlamagne to a low-budget Morris Chestnut and posted several hilarious snapshots of Charlamagne modeling to prove his point. The fans got a kick out of that one!
Charlamagne, however, didn’t let Drake’s insults get to him. On his radio show, he joked that Drake always starts a beef whenever he’s about to release a new album. According to Charlamagne, he and Drake had actually buried the hatchet back in 2015 after Drake’s beef with Meek Mill.
It’s clear that dissing Charlamagne’s art is a red line for Drake. So, buckle up folks, because this beef is far from over!
