Chris Brown, a man of many talents, recently found himself in a bit of a tequila-fueled frenzy at a nightclub in London. According to a new lawsuit, Brown allegedly used a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila to engage in some unconventional bottle-service.
Abe Diaw, the unfortunate recipient of Brown’s bottle-induced wrath, is now suing the singer for his alleged injuries. Diaw claims that Brown unleashed a series of “crushing blows” with the tequila bottle, resulting in some rather unpleasant consequences for poor Abe.
According to the lawsuit, Diaw was knocked unconscious by the initial strike, but that didn’t stop Brown from taking things a step further. Allegedly, the unconscious Diaw became the unwilling target of a ruthless stomping session on the nightclub floor.
Diaw’s injuries from the alleged incident include cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg. He had to be hospitalized as a result of the brutal encounter.
Not one to shy away from a challenge, Diaw claims that surveillance footage of the entire incident exists. He believes that the footage, which is reportedly in the hands of the London police, can positively identify Brown as the assailant.
In a surprising twist, Diaw reveals that he and Brown have known each other for at least seven years. Diaw expected a friendly embrace from the singer but instead found himself on the receiving end of a three-bottle salute.
Diaw’s injuries may have long-lasting effects, both physically and emotionally. He claims to be suffering from serious distress and trauma as a result of the incident. Diaw is seeking damages from Brown.
We reached out to Chris Brown’s camp for comment, but as of now, there has been no response.
