Dillon Danis, the outspoken former Bellator MMA fighter, claims that his relentless social media posts about Logan Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal, were all in good fun. According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Danis states that his actions were meant to be a parody and satire to promote his recent boxing match against Paul on October 14th.
Despite the apparent feud between Danis and Logan Paul, Danis denies any real animosity between them. In fact, Paul defeated Danis in their boxing match by disqualification.
As previously reported, Nina Agdal filed a complaint against Danis in September, accusing him of causing emotional distress and reputational harm by posting explicit images of her without her consent. Danis, however, denies these claims, stating that anyone with internet access could find similar images on Agdal’s personal social media accounts.
In his defense, Danis argues that his comments about Agdal are protected under the First Amendment as his own opinions. He is prepared to defend himself in court and has demanded a jury trial.
